We can generate mobile panels at up to 70 feet a minute and our shop cnc folding machines can make custom  flashings as needed and our onsite brakes can bend parts immediately to finish your project properly

• we choose 24 gauge steel which is 30 percent thicker than the residential industry standard 26 gauge

• we chose az50 and az55 galvalume on our steel over the industry standard g90 galvanized steel which provides long term superior corrosion resistance 

• we chose PVDF paint systems over the industry standard SMP residential paint that offers less corrosion resistance and  chalks and fades at a substantially higher rate

• we choose to offer high quality installation techniques generally used in commercial applications

• with our hemming and notching machinery we hem, notch and seam valleys and panel bottoms avoiding edge rust and wind catch points

• our ridge cap doesn't screw to the panel ridges eliminating unnescessary leak points in the future

• our gable flashing doesn't screw into your panels 

• our bottom panel hems over our drip edge eliminating bottom screws

• we offer non penetrating snow brakes as well provided by S-5
